There is nothing more rewarding in life than a growing relationship, and there is nothing more painful in life than a relationship turned bad. Relationships inherently come with a build in reward and pain quotient. I state the obvious to those who have ever taken the journey of committed friendship or deep love.
My belief is that life can never be complete without taking the risk of love. We must give out of our souls and hearts to enjoy the pleasures of life-time relationships. Some friendships will come and go, and others will go the distance. Enjoy and cherish each friend for what they are and in the season they are given.
"You can give to a person without loving them, but you can never love a person with giving to them". (Unfortunately I do not know the author to give credit, but thank you for your insight) Healthy relationship will always be based on giving. Let us give a kind word, release forgiveness, create a memory together, and share a laugh. I have been truly blessed with a wonderful wife, and family, good friends and many quality acquaintances.
